Questions About the Desert Camp
Are bathrooms available at camp? +
Deluxe camps include a private en-suite bathroom in each tent. Traditional Berber camps use shared washroom facilities nearby — ask us which suits your trip.
Is it cold in the desert at night? +
Evenings can be cool, especially from November to February. Tents are provided with warm blankets, and we recommend layering — see our packing guide for details.
Is the camp accessible without a camel trek? +
Yes, most camps are also reachable by 4x4 for travelers who prefer not to ride, or who want to save the camel trek for the return leg.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated? +
Yes, let us know about any allergies or preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) when you book and the camp kitchen will prepare accordingly.
